Mi Sora didn’t start with a name. It started with the 3pm slump and a need for something lighter and more intentional.

After years of corporate days fuelled by coffee and snacks, the crash always came. Matcha gave a calmer, longer-lasting energy and became a ritual of slowing down.

The ready-to-drink options never felt right. They were too sugary, too milky or simply didn’t suit the occasions I wanted.

I wanted something functional enough for Tuesday afternoon and elevated enough for an evening out.

So I started experimenting… and Mi Sora was born.

Bringing Mi Sora to life became a process of getting every detail right.

Working closely with experienced food scientists and formulation specialists, every flavour, ingredient combination and functional benefit was refined repeatedly until it achieved the vision:
